r. Lehmann is the Director of the Central Analytical Laboratory (CAL) for the Illinois State Water Survey at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. The CAL serves as the primary air quality laboratory for the National Atmospheric Deposition Program (NADP), an international cooperative network measuring acidic deposition, mercury, and air quality at over 300 stations across the US, Canada, Argentina, and Taiwan. Dr. Lehmann received his BS in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University (Valparaiso, Indiana, USA). He holds MS and PhD degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, specializing in air quality. He has worked with the Illinois State Water Survey since 2002. More information on the NADP is available at http://nadp.isws.illinois.edu.
